Artist Biography

Mikesian Studio are an Art & Design duo based in Manchester, UK.

With a background in traditional design agencies, they changed direction to pursue a more hands-on, self-sufficient Art practice, that took the principles of visual communication and placed that directly into accessible art formats. 

Their practice centres around language, with a distinct focus on tonality and wordplay. They aim to deliver direct concepts to the audience, making use of the mundane, everyday visual language we see all around us.
